Honey...Honey...Lion! Game

Everyone sits in a circle.

Someone is chosen as the Badger.
The Badger person wears one badger artwork medallion on a string around their neck.

The Badger person walks around the outside of the circle.

The Badger person taps each child on his or her head consecutively around the circle, and keeps saying "Honey" until the Badger person taps a child on their head and says "Lion" The child that is tapped becomes the Lion person and chases the Badger person.

Whichever way the Badger was walking in a circle, the Lion person must chase in the same direction.

The Badger person's goal is to get into the spot previously occupied by the Lion person.

The Badger person can only go around the circle 2 times before they must say "Lion". The Badger person must try to go into the spot of the person that was tapped on the head (the Lion person).

The Lion person, who is the child that has just been tapped on the head, has to chase Badger person. If the Badger person is tagged, the Badger person has to sit in the middle and is out of the game.

If the Lion person is not successful in tagging the Badger person before the Badger person goes around the circle and takes the Lion person's previous spot, the Lion person becomes the new Badger person and wears one of the badger artwork medallions on a string around their neck. The Badger person walks around the outside of the circle and the game starts again.

The new Badger person taps each child on his or her head and keeps saying "Honey" until the Badger person taps a child on their head and says "Lion" The child that is tapped then chases the Badger person etc.

The last person not tagged and sent to the middle is the winner.  They get to wear the one Lion medallion.
