Jan Brett, Hedgie, and Martha Rydenbark

     Congratulations to wonderful teacher Martha Rydenbark and all of the teachers and children at Wilson Elementary School in Sanford, Florida.   They were the winners of the 2004 Find the Hedgehogs contest.  What a happy day.  Everyone made my husband, Joe, and me feel very welcome and at home.   Wilson Elementary is an exceptional school, complete with many dedicated teachers, over 900 students, and a magnificent in-the-school television studio which creates a daily classroom report with their all student staff.
     I hope that you'll be a part of the 2005 Count the Hedgehogs Contest.  You still have almost a month to enter.  The contest ends on May 10th.   I hope that you will enter and be one of the winning entries.  Grand Prize is a free visit to your school or library next year.
